Not completely done yet, but I'm happy with how my lookout hill is turning out! Even got to experience a meteor shower there tonight!

Trying it out with the blue park fencing...

There are two tourist telescopes overlooking the ground below. There is a bit of paved walkway with a single plastic bench (waiting on a second bench) and two flower beds

Same shot as before, but the park fencing has been replaced with blue iron fencing. I liked this look better

Also, in the corner, I moved up a log table and log benches

There is a spot reserved for stairs, and on the lower level are a snack machine, drink machine, and port-a-potty
