Nor do I, albeit we're devolved some categories remain UK powers. #AlexSalmond put it, "it was easier to list the 'Reserved to UK jurisdiction' and agree anything not listed as Reserved is Devolved". Our #GRAReformBill Scotland Act Clause 35 experience exposed it to be a sham when the UK say so.
