Coffee - something of interest in NZ in Northland - a new crop for us and a lot of solar going in there.
The set up for the panels for crops is much better if done at the planning stage to keep the soil clear of cables etc. between the panels./3

You can use the land under the panels even while they're up. Agrivoltaics is a fast-growing part of the farming industry.
One tremendous, less conspicuous advantage of building solar farms rather than data centers is that it's easy to disassemble solar farms to use the land for something else, while you're basically stuck with acres of concrete and metal should the unbelievably stupid data centers become obsolete.

Solar farms are great in providing a safe environment for wild flowers and insects to flourish.
Agrivoltaics allow crops to be protected from the increasing effects of climate change while proving an additional source of revenue for the farmer and cleaner energy for the grid…..
