Yesterday, I found this piece of salt-glazed stoneware or similar in a molehill.

I frequently find bits of glass & small relics from past inhabitation on my small acreage.

Comparing this shard to other ceramics I’d guess the original whatever was 10” to 12” across (assuming it was circular).

I do know a bunch of them, they are annoying. A lot of what's called "family farmers" are actually families but are also very wealthy, own a bunch of acreage and expensive machinery and such. They just want free money.
