Yesterday, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) shelled the Kyivskyi district of Donetsk using long-range precision M31 missiles fired from a HIMARS, according to the dpt for Documentation of War Crimes of Ukraine.

Experts say that fragmentation-type warheads were used.
