There’s this girl I saw on TikTok, and she had on a bunch of jewelry and cool necklaces, and she was on a plane. People in the comments were getting mad at her for wearing jewelry that made some noises, saying that if they sat next to her they’d be overstimulated, implying she was being “too much”.  Other people don’t exist to cater to y’all’s comfort. Other people don’t have to dim their sparkle because YOU think it’s a lot. Be adults and solve your own problems; put on headphones, download movies, listen to music, but don’t make your issues other people’s problem when it’s so easy to fix. )

Question for #ADHDsky - has there been any studies about ADHD & lack of endorphins? I see all these things saying: endorphins lead to dopamine, so ADHDers should exercise to get more dopamine. Has it occurred to anyone that maybe endorphins work differently with ADHD?
