We study the NPIV problem with a discrete instrument under a many-weak-instruments regime.

A key application: constructing confounding-robust surrogates using past experiments as instruments.

Kaiwen Hou will lead a short course and present a poster. Wenxin Zhang and Kaitlyn Lee will each give a lightning talk and present a poster. Sky Qiu will also present a poster, contributing to the wide range of CTML research being shared.
