For me the lesson in all of this is again #BeWoke, #StayWoke and following the 5-P Formula is never a mistake or dumb thing to do, but not following almost always gives bad or less optimal results and/or you need to expect negative consequences that could happen to you (or your organisation).

To properly integrate the 5P-Formula in your (work) life, best to start from bottom up in the practice of adhering unconditionally to the principles.

I ran 60k through a RAND formula for numbers between 1-13 & it avg out to ~7. So assuming an avg pull, over time, here are when you should go w/ 2-6 players. Wonder if @gengelstein.bsky.social has better method?
