My Garmin data for tonight’s run. 3 new PBs. Fastest 5k, fastest 1k and fastest mile tonight Confirmation of my trend of faster 5ks. I will plateau at some point. My pace tonight. Started off at regular pace and then managed to keep a decent rate over the next 4ks. I did think I’d gone too fast at the beginning so it’s funny to see that was my slowest kilometre. If I can keep my pace at 7 mins per kilometre in future that’s a big improvement for me.

Had my breakfast and now about to head out for a run. It’s looking a bit grey and grim, old me would stay in bed, new me is going to do a solo ParkRun in lieu of yesterdays being cancelled.
