#33 The Strangers: Chapter 2

I didn't love Chapter 1. Chapter 2 had the potential to be an interesting premise and then...it wasn't. Stop trying to give everything a backstory when it doesn't need it.

#34 Little Girl in the Woods

Every year I have to watch at least one Lifetime Movie as part of #100DaysOfHorror & this was a pleasant surprise. It was still a Lifetime movie but the plot was tense & engrossing & it was well-acted.

#35 The Sleeper

In terms of aesthetic it nails the vibes & feel of a bad 80s slasher, but for me it also leaned too heavily into the actual flaws of a an 80s slashers & didn't really land.

#36 Bloody Axe Wound

I loved the concept & had really high hopes. It didn't fully meet my expectations and felt a bit like a missed opportunity, despite some strong performances.

#37 Mean Spirited  

When two estranged friends reconnect, things buried deep down are bound to surface.

I liked Deadstream and #ChadGetsTheAxe much more, which had similar vibes. This was forgettable for me.
