The People’s Party (PP), led by Alberto Núñez Feijóo, and Vox, led by Santiago Abascal, are bound to understand each other. At least that's what voters demanded in the two latest regional elections in Extremadura and Aragón, where, for now, a government coalition remains distant. The usual clashes between María Guardiola, the PP's winner in Extremadura, and Abascal, plus criticisms from Jorge Azcón, leader of the PP in Aragón, on the last day of campaigning against voting for Vox, have created a complex situation for closing coalitions in these territories. Pepa Millán, Vox's spokesperson in the Congress, confirmed this Tuesday that Vox's condition to back the PP's candidacies is to 'change the policies Vox has pursued by following the PSOE.' As long as this is met, they can count on Abascal. On their inclusion in the cabinets, Millán said her party looks 'beyond mere seats.'
