Tbh I think you've reached the point where you can install python locally on your computer rather depending on a limited cut down web version and start exploring what's possible in a free form way rather than being railroaded. Make what you want to, and unleash some creativity!

Also, not quite answering your question but to me there's two broad categories of puzzle game. Find The Solution puzzle games, and Find A Solution puzzle game. I find the creativity of the second type way more fun than trying to read developer's minds which is common in the first.
