Just watched the Tyson v Paul fight with my parents, and although I love the respect and sportsmanship that ended up happening...
As a boxing event? My initial impressions are that it shouldn't have even happened in the first place... But despite that I think this needs a larger discussion. (1/?)

Also a lil more Nichijou trivia, the VAs for Sasahara and Annaka decided to get married in 2017, and Arawi Keiichi (the mangaka) went ahead and made a little comic of Sasahara asking Annaka to marry him.

Looks like Hakase brought new friends!

Finally, my favorite scene of all time that I keep on my smartphone for safe keeping: the friendship voucher scene. The music is what does it for me. It's such a warm hug that tugs at your heart before the last goodbyes towards the end of an amazing series.

Another one was an extension of Yuuko's visit to Nano, Hakase, and Sakamoto's house. While the manga simply has Nano telling Yuuko to come back to visit, the anime gives us such a heartfelt scene between them. I have high hopes that KyoAni will deliver scenes like this in CITY.😊

One of these scenes is Nano getting her school uniform for the first time. In the manga, she is already acclimated with Yuuko, Mai, and Mio, however in the anime, KyoAni made Nano's school story exclusively for the anime and it clearly shows how much care was put into Nichijou.

This scene is so good considering how KyoAni had to come up with what happens and the pacing in between the original manga's panels to get this adapted perfectly. And indeed it was. Choice of funny music is great, Mio and Yuuko going back and forth also always is a fun time.

Yuuko forgetting her homework when she completed it for once, is hilariously relatable. Her range from being ecstatic to dreadful to hopeful to completely devastated is so perfectly adapted from the manga, and once again the NUANCE in Mariko's performance👌("OOOHHH– MY GODDDD!!")
