I took a daily magnesium supplement (Voost) and used a magnesium oil on my arms and legs during chemo which seemed to help as I only had very mild neuropathy. Fortunately it's all good now. Best wishes for your treatment and recovery :)

Neuropathy: those pins and needles in your fingers and toes are peripheral nerve damage, one of the many side effects of chemotherapy.

Inject: to use a syringe and needle in order to collect blood samples and deliver drugs into your body. This will happen so many times, that you will feel like a pin cushion.
