Nothing can beat Snowpoint, but I’d like to think Pallet gets decently cold considering it’s by the water

Eventually the Core starts to share consciousness with her, to the point she becomes obsessed with changes in the atmosphere and how it effects space

This is as far as I’ve written out her background, but there’s further notes I have based off of the games and anime that I’m gonna flesh out and add

Whenever the Deoxys Core takes over as the dominant host, two more tattoos resembling Deoxys’ arm appear and encircle her wrists like bands. The first few times the Core takes over, she herself is in a form of stasis; Thus, she barely remembers a good chunk of incidents

She’s born with a tattoo of Deoxys’ arm on her back, something no one can explain aside from a few cryptic diary entries from an ancestor

The longer she wears the amulet, the more the Core interacts with her mentally; She’s unaware of this unless someone brings it up, to which the Core takes over
