The line for Bernie wrapped around the Ped Mall. Insane. And cold. We made it into the Englert but had to watch the Livestream from the lounge. But at least it was warm. Feel the Bern!

The daily onslaught of mess has caused headaches, anxiety beyond which is reasonably maintained with normal coping mechanisms. I'm taking time to Breathe. Relax. Meditate. Get involved at the local level. Help friends and family when I can. See a Lynch film at the retrospective of his work. Live.
