This is what it looks like for Lightless staff.
In this case names are shown cuz the report was made inside a Syncshell. For zone chat it would show anonymized UID ofc.

We've also decided that if the Zone chat ends up being a disaster we just disable it completely and only keep Syncshell chat.

The rules are in fact stated inside the chat, if you don't want to use it then don't use it.
We can ban people from the chat feature so report anything transphobic and we'll just remove their privileges as deserved lmao
