there are no career ending moves in alberta for conservatives anymore.. if there is an election tomorrow, the same 43% will still vote for her. the problem is with 'I vote even for a scarecrow in my field as long as there is a conservative blue jacket on it' mentality.

they will create minimum employment as everything is automated,almost all their purchases will be from US-minimal local, they will suck up water and energy by huge amounts, they will not share anything with anybody,make huge profits,will pay min tax.Are we supposed to welcome them with open arms?

stopped shopping at any loblaw owned entity, and don't use their credit card since covid days. it is not even a micro-drop in their revenue stream, but at least it makes me feel good, and I am not missing it at all.

too bad you can't build any health care facility in alberta. smith is dead against anything public, so we are waiting for big US Healthcare companies to come here and suck our blood out.. also, maybe some Smith local cronies can grab a piece of the pie.

don't know where these jobs are. my daughter still looking for employment as a new grad with university degree and a 2 -year certicate, for a full-time job. all there is out there is minimum wage, no benefits, part-time jobs with no future prospects of any kind. youth unemployment is brutal in AB
