Yes and our policy was to keep carrying a book so long as we had sold it more than once in the last 6 months. Some of my proudest accomplishments as a bookseller were selling books that we may not have otherwise ordered except that I loved it and went to bat for it.

Legitimately, the community response to the original artist made me seek out Frieren to watch. It was refreshing to witness so many passionate artists giving it a shot if they never had or giving tips and tutorials and explanations if they had run that gauntlet. Just throwing out there, as someone solidly millennial who grew up in very white small towns, I didn't have friends with "Nazi phases" because we all hated Nazis. Did I know people who were probably Nazis? Sure, impossible to not know those people growing up in small town OK, but we weren't friends.
