This RCT showed brexpiprazole reduced symptoms more than placebo in 316 adolescents with schizophrenia. The safety profile was consistent with trials in adult patients.

The global prevalence of sexual violence against children was 18.9% for girls and 14.8% for boys. Among survivors globally, 67.3% of females and 71.9% of males first experienced violence before age 18.

In employed individuals with bipolar disorder, lithium, valproate, lamotrigine, and olanzapine was associated with decreased hazard of sickness absence, whereas pregabalin was associated with increased hazard. @ActaPsychScand

Depressive symptoms rose more steeply among girls than boys, with earlier and larger gender gaps in London than Tokyo, suggesting social influence. Adolescents in London had higher depression scores than those in Tokyo. Congrats Gemma! @Gem_K_1
