The email chain of doom is coming to an end. Our lawyers and ZUG have wrapped up our final memoire de réponse.
We will keep telling the court that @luxembourgcity.bsky.social cannot use our case to sneakily attack the freedom of information act. The first tribunal was clear on our rights.

Darum haben wir uns vor Kurzem mit der @freiheitsrechte.org in Deutschland vernetzt und @simoneruf.bsky.social und @juergenbering.bsky.social getroffen. Als kleines Kuriosum haben wir den beiden JuristInnen die Originalberufung mitgebracht.

Darum haben wir uns vor Kurzem mit der @freiheitsrechte.org in Deutschland vernetzt und @simoneruf.bsky.social und @juergenbering.bsky.social getroffen. Als kleines Kuriosum haben wir den beiden JuristInnen die Originalberufung mitgebracht.
Wow wow wow wow! We have raised more than 1500€ so far for our appeal! That makes us super happy. We're getting there. On April 24 we'll be in court again - so we've got a little more than a month to raise the remaining contributions!
