Love it! Good Christmas present!

The first two being the first two is almost comical. Says the queen of ridiculously wrong silly season predictions.

Oh, yes, I felt it too! The more they push their shiny product in my face, the less enthusiastic I become. Maybe I cycle back to 2015 onwards, where I read a lap chart and a race report on a Monday and called it a day (- due to a certain team's underwhelming performance...).

Had a competition in that with MBS

Yep. As a high-functioning pessimist, I have a very bad feeling for the McLarens.

The BBC 5 crew said during FP1 there are rumours in the paddock we're talking billions here... That's insane and probably exaggerated, but then again, it's F1.

Did I get the reference wrong or is that a Susi flag? Awesome flags!

Where little dog?

Another word for my "show-off words from F1"-list. (Already on the list: "atrocious" and "appalling")

I'm having a bit of an F1 existential crisis lately (not the first one) and this news really made my day. I wish him all the best and hope we'll see him on the grid one day! (WRC onboards is what I see when I'm having a nightmare - I'm totally fascinated by this sport)

The realisation creeps in that being a McLaren supporter was way more fun when we sucked. With maybe the occasional flicker of hope.

I KNOW, I'd be an outstanding Lady of the house. Sadly, so far I wasn't given the chance to prove myself.

My first F1 race I watched on TV - feels like a hundred years ago

Do you think their reasoning behind that change was increasing the stability of the car? Or what issue do you think triggered that decision? (Besides being faster, that is...)

Watching F1 was a normal family Sunday activity in the 90s in Germany. Neighbours would come together, the TV set would be brought outside, barbeque, ice cream... The sound of the engines is an integral part of my memories - good old times and no worries! Reconnected as an adult around 2006.

I'm impressed! I couldn't suppress the urge to do something reckless. At least I would lean forward to whisper something psycho into their microphones.

I know it's a very individual opinion, but I like Monaco - it always brings back good memories of a somewhat nicer time. But I fully understand, that people find it boring and want to see it go. My very bizarre hobby is to write extensive race protocols and predictable races are a lot easier for me.

I did indeed learn something and I'm kinda proud, I somehow understood the whole post. So good job there! But it's also a good reminder that I'm lacking basic knowledge and should have payed more attention in school ☺️...

Over the whole weekends: definitely the VCARBs, didn't look too convincing in the preseason testing.
