Did you talk about the decision to release on Sept 4 rather than Shadowdrop today? The game is obviously finished but it would be interesting to hear how such a decision gets made.

i have a Meater. It does the same but without the surface temp. Is the surface temp part useful?

For me it's mostly that i toggle the office tv between ps5, Mac and PC so having a dedicated machine (RPI) for the deck is awesome. But i mostly control stuff like Home Assitant, volume and power-states of the different machines from it.

You should really check out bitfocus.io/companion. Really gives the stream deck a level up! Mine basically runs my entire office. Hooked up to a RPI so it's independent of the main PC as well!

Fastmail looks great but I'm currently embedded in the Google ecosystem for mail, files and photos. Don't want to pay for another service. Is there something similar for files and photos?

This is why I have apple tvs connected to all my tvs. Sure it's nice expensive but the end result is so much better.
