Actually, I do quite a bit of dialog via paper and pen(cil). But only if it’s good enough to retype by hand

I always have a 1.3 lead mech pencil and a little notebook. I don’t really write too much in my notebooks; it’s more about plotting, jotting, drawing. But totally essential, no doubt. I also just got a really neat word processor and love that I don’t have to deal with a blank canvas so to speak.
