only way to get it nowadays is having somebody else in a session driving a stratum causing others to spawn (this thing used to be all over open world but it don't spawn anymore and you can't buy from shop either)

I got *extremely* lucky in a random public session

for context rockstar was dumb and axed like 75+ existing cars from open world and shops (you keep existing iterations but you can't get them anymore)

especially the stratum cuz who thought to keep a cheap ass wagon lol

car guys absolutely love this ride btw (r32 wagon iykyk)

ig a good time to start drawing again and make the habit stick this time
