Zootopia 2: a slog. Frenetic action animated by hundreds of people that can’t escape being formulaic in the extreme. Jason Bateman sounds tired of being Jason Bateman. Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde will never escape b-tier status no matter how many billions their franchise makes.
