I had the same restriction after an ear surgery, and man, it was so annoying.

I ended up starting to roll up a corner of a tissue and gently "swirl" it around the inside of my nostrils. Not perfect, but did help a little. Not sure if you'd be able to do that with what you had done, tho

My local food pantry alone already had over 500 families signed up for a special Thanksgiving meal before this disaster started.

If this shutdown continues, I can only imagine how many more families will be in need of a special meal on Thanksgiving day.

I've been working with a trainer once a week all year, and you DO slightly get used to it. My trainer pushes hard, but I'm definitely way less sore the day after now than I was the first couple months. But I still get a little sore, or a lot if he throws in a new workout in our routine

Same, but I hate the major FOMO I'm getting by waiting 😭
