The school is also not compulsory. No students are forced to attend. It’s not based on districts. Sending money to a catholic school for the state’s students is the same as the school choice dollars that get spent on homeschooling (which can also be faith based).

The school is free to attend therefore the funding should come from the state for each student! Charter schools are performance based. If they meet the same standards there’s no problem.
