Okay, back to the wedges. This is the Aston Martin Bulldog. Only one exists. It was built in 1979 and is mid-engineed, with a twin-turbocharged V8. It has power operated gullwing doors. It was supposed to hit 200mph but only managed 191. The headlights are hidden by a panel that drops down.

A couple of redheads I'm pretty sure none of you have ever seen. Unless you watch Jay Leno's Garage religiously. In which case you will recognize the World's Weirdest Ferrari, the Conciso
That first one is a Ford. No, really.

And the wedges continue! We have a nice later series Lotus Turbo Esprit, a Cizeta V16T (formerly Cizeta Moroder), another Countach, and The Wraith.
Yes, that purple car is the 1986 Dodge M4S Turbo Interceptor concept. It was used as a pace car for CART races, then starred in the movie "The Wraith".

More wedges!
This one is very special to me because I had a toy of it. It's the 1972 BMW Turbo concept. The front and rear have hydraulic shock absorbers and can be easily replaced after a crash. It has gullwing doors.
The Turbo inspired the design of the original BMW M1, seen here as an art car.

The impetus for the Petersen visit was the Wedgemobile exhibit, because I love me a nice wedge.
So here are some to start with. The Lancia Stratos Zero concept, the Stratos they actually made (rally queen!), the legendary Lamborghini Countach, and the Maserati Khamsin.

One more before I go to bed.
This was an unexpected treat: the 1988 Italdesign Aztec.

I went to the Petersen Automotive Museum with friends, and it had ALL THE CARS!
I took lots of pictures, and I'll be posting some over the next few days.
We walked in and were immediately confronted by this monster. It's big and brutal. I love it.

To celebrate Sandwich Guy being found not guilty, I went to Jersey Mike's and picked up a couple of Regulars for dinner.
(I had enough points for a free sammich!)
I got an Italian (ALL THE MEATS), and a Philly Cheesesteak (no green peppers, mushrooms instead).
TASTY!

My bedroom has been flooded a couple of times by people in other units with defective plumbing.
The fake parquet flooring has been peeling a bit and...
BEHOLD! I have been blessed by the spirit of the bat!

Went to CVS to get some stuff and came away with 5 new Hot Wheels!
I really miss Toys'R'Us. I would already have these if TRU was still around.
Left to right: Jaguar XJC racer, Cone Shaker, custom wagon, Renault Espace F1 (a bit cartoonified), Twin Dorado.
The Espace F1 is a mid-engineed minivan.

I ordered it from Barweer, a Chinese online store specializing in alternate brands.
The truck is called Steel Blue and contains chrome parts, something rare from LEGO.
Also, the wheels are in pieces, with tires, rims, brake calipers, wheel covers, and hub with rotor.
Overall, it's pretty good. 2/2
