I literally think the higher ups just looked at a spreadsheet and noticed that QA teams "inflate" costs and dev time when they report bugs or criticisms and they just want to remove that cost without thinking about why that cost exists LFMAO

Ethics aside of ALL the roles you want to automate why TF would you automate away quality assurance? I feel if every job on earth was replaced with AI that should be one of the few jobs humans should still do. Since products are purchased by humans it's only logical humans should review them
