My wish EXACTLY. Tear it down, tear up the Rose Gdn crap he did, have it all pulverized & dumped in with concrete for affordable housing in the DC area. If he sees his proj destroyed & used to help low-income folks, it'll push him over the proverbial cliff & have a coronary.

Yup, and after he said last summer that his new rumpus/throne room wasn't going to touch the structure of the existing building... and he said he was enjoying the sound of the demolition...
