Very well - anyone fleeing from war in a third country should not be picky and stop in the first safe country. If that is belarus (where did they even come from, if they travel via belarus?), then that's where they should apply for asylum.

That's why I specified modern designs. It's like saying "the Hindenburg exploded, so I'm afraid of getting on an Airbus 320" - completely different architectures, designed from the ground up to eliminate the possibility of anything like that. Also, nobody died in Fukushima due to the radioactivity.
