I want to cone up with a food outfit for my tiger. I only have a the head and am not a fan of poodling myself, so I'd want something that is effectively a full body outfit (least until I can at least get some hand paws). Course cost is the other constraint.

Had a strange dream last night about me and a friend flying to Japan. Didn't get much further than the airport we landed in, but probably the first time that I can recall, I actually realized I was asleep when my car was waiting for me at the airport.

Seeing that new bridge in China makes me envious. Our government was also once able to do marvelous things. Creating the Interstate system at the time was an undertaking as was the space race to the moon.

Well, I got a tiger head for a pretty good deal. I've wanted a fursuit for a long time and this is a pretty good start.

Du bands even sell CDs anymore? Figured is get one or two after the Powerwolf concert to listen to on the long drive home but I didn't see any for sale. I'm old.

Covid killed just about everything being open 24 hours. Even many truck stop restaurants are no longer 24 hours.

Back at the drive in tonight. It's Super Monster Movie Fest: Class Dismissed this weekend. Night one of two, four movies each night. I didn't watch a lot of horror / scary movies movies when growing up, so I'll be seeing most, if not all of these, for the first time.

This is killing me. My rent is going up another $95 this year. Three of the past five years my rent has gone up significantly (one year $40, the other two $95). You can bet my monthly pay hasn't gone up even close to that.

I have a bad tendency to keep bashing my head against the wall in video-games until either the wall breaks or I do. Tonight it was the latter. While I her that's it's supposed to be difficult, I can help but feel it is unfairly so as even on my best attempts it seems RNG screws me over.

One down side of having friends all over, and almost none nearby, is travel costs. I wish I could afford to do more traveling, especially overseas. Though a flight to Europe is over $1k round trip, making it prohibitively expensive.

Back at the drive in tonight. The two films being Superman and Jurassic World Rebirth. I got here later than I planned and there was quite a lot of people here tonight. I missed part of the beginning due to the line getting in, though I still think I got most of the plot.

My luck sucks this year. My car sat for four days, and in that time the air conditioner went from working fine to basically not at all. I just had that fixed a couple months ago.

I'm pretty bad at being social. After the last events of a con I have a bad tendency to just kind of self isolate. I'm not all that good at finding people or groups to hang out with.

Practicing my trumpet for the first times since high school really shows me how much I took my skills for granted back then. I'm struggling on harder songs and high notes that high school me wouldn't have much trouble with.
