Yeah, this would most likely end up being a straight transfer of wealth to CNN. It isn't like Twitter where people feel like they are leaving their community, there is basically zero friction to changing the channel from MSNBC to CNN.

I have to hard disagree with that. Everyone around you has also spent their hard earned money to see the movie and should be able to hear it.

Tons of companies lease the printers, and the toner (and sometimes the paper) is provided by the leasing company. Part of the lease is paying per "click." I used to be the closest employee is a couple of copiers and had to read the B&W and color clicks and report them every month.

I'll never forget the first time I was ever at Disney, standing in DinoLand and thinking "It's weird they built this on a old parking lot" then it clicked, no they built a new old parking lot to put a roadside carnival on.
