Was aiming to lower my dose in general, but I knew the half life of Estradiol valerate wouldn't work great if it continued being weekly at the lower amount.

Omg. This makes it so simple. Not me thinking I just need to build an app to track non-weekly hrt

On a side note, since anything outside a standard weekly schedule feels wacky to keep up with since shots will always be on a different weekday

Im planning to build an offline mobile habit tracker app but with features to better track HRT schedules plus body relevant data and goals.

Saving this since I'm also trying to do the same with mine at some point.
