Pop Duhi at 11 he can’t be any worse defensively than Lowe has been and is much better in attack. Kingers goes to 14. Both wings now become arguably stronger than they have been in the tests.

I remember watching him get knocked out at Murrayfield a few years ago. Was the most upsetting thing I’ve seen happen in person. It takes a lot to get back out there but it’s really brave to put your long term health over career glory.

I think the big performances from some players are about to been found to be exceptions rather than “test match animal” shite.

Read it on the BBC sport app when the team was released. “Tuipulotu has a tight hamstring, but Aki may have started ahead of him in any event.” I guess it’s more opinion that insider info.

From what I read Farrell was going for Aki/ringrose from the outset but his hand was forced. Properly rewarding mediocrity from last week and punishing the only bright sparks from the backs.

Can’t help but think if he’d been included in the original squad over Hansen he would have absolutely lit the tour up. Gutted for him, such a special talent.
