@marcelias.bsky.social If law firms promise to provide legal services for the Trump administration, what kinds of cases would those be? I can only imagine they would involve horrible things, like allowing Trump to disappear people without due process to be tortured or killed in foreign prisons.

@repscfigures.bsky.social I saw that you voted "Present" in the Al Green censure vote. I can see why Rep. Green would choose to do so, but why did you? I never get why elected officials do this. Choosing Yes or No doesn't seem that hard...

@jahimes.bsky.social Instead of censuring fellow Democrats who stand up & shout out, how about shouting out yourself? We don't need finger-wagging about tone and decorum when veterans, seniors, starving babies in Sudan and here at home need you to fight for them! Don't give Trump & GOP cover!

@bera.house.gov Censuring Al Green was the absolute wrong move. We need to stand up and shout out, not shake a finger at those who have the guts to do so. Trump and his enablers, i.e., the entire GOP in Congress, are an imminent threat to democracy all over the world. DON'T HELP THEM!!

@davidpakman.bsky.social As a disabled senior, any tiny cut to SS & MC will be disastrous. Every penny goes to necessities. No savings/investments possible. COLA doesn't keep up. But wealthy bureaucrats/legislators will cut their own taxes & impoverish seniors, disabled, children & vets even more.
