True but judges have mostly ruled against ICE in cases where they made false claims. I wouldn't let the threat of a wayward judge stop me from resisting. The greater threat is to capitulate bcuz ICE is not going to stop their lawlessness. They may, in fact, become emboldened if we stop resisting.

But, but it is so much easier to just assume everyone is bad and lazy and that we need more murder and mayhem to solve our problems.
