Jurassic Park for the Genesis. First level, fell off of a platform and the dark screen below freaked me out for some reason. I eventually got over it and beat the game, but for whatever reason it spooked me enough that I didn't play it for like a week.

Filler can be bad, but there are some filler episodes that are my favorites. Granted the seasons were short for the X-Files revival, but 2 of the episodes that felt like filler episodes are possibly my favorite episodes of X-Files ever.
