I'm in questioning mode, so—while speculative—it's not a stretch. Given the indiscriminate thuggery of ICE & CBP, I must ask how does human decency get 86ed? I'm reminded in WWII, methamphetamine was given to troops on all sides to get them to carry out violence they wouldn't have done unaltered.
