I’ve been saying this for years. Stop feeding into it. Stop giving them a place to spread hate and discord. Arguing and engaging has done nothing and will do nothing because they don’t want to learn or do better. They want to spread hate and harm. Just block it and move on to the good.
A little melodramatic, but yes, the trash are predictably starting to slither over from the sewer in desperate search of attention from real people. Remember that block-and-ignore is good civic hygiene. Every reaction, even a hostile one, is a crumb that keeps them around and attracts more.
The Bluesky we knew and loved is truly dead and buried. We're gonna have to figure out what this Newsky is and hopefully shape it into something we can all survive and maybe even enjoy.
