In the new DC movieverse, we get Green Lantern referred to as a metahuman despite, as far as I know, basically only having power from the ring. Which would be like Batman no? No inherent powers, just from a tool/gadget.

In SSKTJL they refer to Boomerang, Deadshot and Harley as metahumans despite NONE OF THEM HAVING POWERS they just got some gadgets.

Also if you have a monitor that only does 60 FPS, you're gonna notice when it goes below. Versus someone with an older monitor or TV. I have been cursed with new monitor

Really depends on the medium and what kind of game you're playing. TV shows and movies don't need to be 60 fps however I will argue that for a lot of multiplayer games those frames matter.
