I haven't been the biggest Jeff Hoffman fan since his mid-year crisis of confidence, but it's worth noting in games 6 and 7 of the ALCS, he pitched 3 innings and allowed a single BB, 0 hits and had 7 Ks. That is back-of-the-bullpen dominance you need to win a WS. #bluejays

100% agree, and an honorable honorable mention to Andres Gimenez. He did a little bit of everything.

Can't believe I'm saying this: would Bo be a net positive? I don't think he'd be better than Gimenez at SS and if he DHs, Springer's in right and that's probably a defensive downgrade, too. Runs will be at a premium vs LA's pitching and the #bluejays defense is probably their only advantage.

I don't think he was all that thrilled with how Max reacted. Didn't seem to be much acknowledgement when Max entered the dugout after his final out.
