Tried a Swiss chocolate shop, busy but that didn't excuse the RUDE customers, who were unkind to the very busy workers. The workers were polite and handing out samples to soothe! I talked to the cashier only briefly and they were laughing and chatting with me.

Power outages all around - quickly resolved, those workers are impressive and I hope they are well paid for their hard work !

It's something I have to say, after 15 years of being over warm and not feeling the cold to be comfortable wearing a sweater or some wooly socks
