A great day of catching up and connecting yesterday at #GOFOD3. To feel that strength in solidarity with the wonderful third sector in Wales.

Had a great time at #AdFest2025 this week. The theme was hidden talents. I attended a great workshop led by @gerraintgriff.bsky.social on content creation. Also leaned lots from other people in the workshop. Now it’s Llandudno for the Welsh Labour Party conference.

We had a wonderful time at the Arts and Business Cymru awards last week. We celebrated the partnership between First Choice Housing and Gig Buddies Cymru and were presented with the award in the diversity category. It was an honour to be celebrated alongside Hijinx Theatre and The Queer Emporium.

An important day in the life of the Engage to Change project at @learningdisabilitywales and partners. An opportunity to talk about the project’s legacy. Young people are able to question the main parties about employment for young people .

Great to be at Public Health Wales launch of their National Vision for children and young people with a learning disability. Great to hear from local schools about how they coproduced the work.

November and December are busy months and I have lept from one thing to the other without sharing some important things. Gig Buddies launched in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot and held a launch night at Elysium Swansea I haven’t been to a gig for a long time but I loved it.

A little bit of joy for my first post. Emmi and Roux keeping me busy of a Saturday afternoon.
