I would hope that this would fall under 'states' rights'-- since the Constitution doesn't say otherwise, states have the rights to make laws about this. Of course, I do *not* trust this SCOTUS to not squint hard and try to find a way to side with the corporations over the environment.

I'm not legal scholar, so this is hardly legally binding, but I as a California resident I say, "Yeah, bite me!!"

Even if he doesn't get the concept that 'once you're president you're president for ALL of us', you'd think he'd be self-interested enough to *pretend* to care about blue states. Especially when he keeps hinting he wants to run in 2028!

Yeah, it's almost like they were lying to us the whole time. Shocking!

I grew up in the 80s, and we all thought Cosby was awesome. Knowing what we do, now-- I see the fact that the actress who played his daughter on 'The Cosby Show' really disliked him in a whole new light...
