We have a diabetic Yorkie who is over 10. Not sure age. Her levels went crazy just before her scheduled eye surgery. Now with her vision close to gone we debate a surgery. Fetch is an interesting game, but she still enjoys it.

Life is strange. Just this week I watched some Documentary on wildlife nightmares or something. There was a mother mouse and 3babies trying to survive. Today partner sends me a pic, mouse in truck w/baby! Of course now I’m making home in woodpile and gourd birdhouse for it. Can’t make this up!

@birderk.bsky.social hi, hoping you can help me out here.last night around midnight I went out and saw this bird on top of the empty bird house. Last yr I saw the same thing on a high shelf in screened in porch. It doesn’t move when I’m checking it out. Do you know what bird/owl it may be? SE VA
