Reading Murderbot grow reminds me of my growth. The funny thing is while MB is passing as an Augmentented Human, to survive, I used to pretend to be a robot from about age 6, and that helped explain why I was so different to humans, and that turned in to performing.

I love that the show is sticking as close to the book as possible, the added bits not distracting from it. I am so grateful for the books. Like many others, they touch something deep with in me and on many levels I identify with so much of what is happening.
