Update - He finally got an email with his DSS number. Got verified at the post office and then another email and he was able to vote yesterday! Yay !

Well he does get that automatic reply back! And he’s left 4 voicemails at the toll free number.

Who fixed it ? He’s been sending emails and calling for 10 days. No reply. Did they send her a DSS number? He’s stuck on the app where he needs to input his passport back cover. The post office was not helpful.

He has gone to the post office but he is unable to verify in person without a “DSS” number. He was told that will be emailed to him? He is not on Social media.

I have voted. My husband is having a really difficult time with the Identity + app and is unable to finished the verification process. He has sent multiple emails. And left multiple messages. I hope he can get this resolved so he can vote as well.
