I love academia

I thought going into the break I had a good first chunk of my Master’s thesis. However, in trying to clarify my research question and hypothesis after my committee’s round of feedback, I’ve made this disaster.

First day of spring semester, and my instructions were to make a slide making me “cool and relatable” to the students. Thoughts?

Successfully presented my paper (first chunk/partial draft of the masters thesis), got some wonderful feedback and talked to lots of lovely people! And took some beach time.

I’m headed south for #SPSA2025 next week and must say it will be a welcome respite from my last few weeks of minnesota winter!
